Если товар надлежащего качества, покупатель имеет право расторгнуть договор, заключённый дистанционно, в течение 14 дней с момента его исполнения.

Если устройство повреждено или вышло из строя не по вине покупателя, он не лишается права на возврат.
Если товар был вскрыт или проверен в работе, и его стоимость частично уменьшилась, это не является основанием для отказа в возврате.
Возврат товара невозможен, если отсутствует хотя бы один из следующих компонентов:
полный комплект оборудования;
